Return Policy
1. Warranty Returns
At High Voltage Experimental, we stand by the quality of our products. If your product malfunctions within the 1-year warranty period, you are entitled to return it for repair free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
a. Warranty Scope: The malfunction must be due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse, alterations, or external factors.
b. Initiating a Warranty Return: Before returning the product, please contact our support team to discuss the issue. Upon confirmation, you will be required to fill out a Product Returns Form available on our website.
2. Non-Warranty Repairs
If your product requires repair outside the warranty period or for issues not covered by the warranty:
a. Repair Inquiry: Contact our support team to inquire about repair options. We will provide an estimated cost for the repair, which will be agreed upon before proceeding.
b. Return for Repair: Once the repair cost is agreed upon, fill out the Product Returns Form on our website to initiate the repair process.
3. Shipping Responsibilities
a. Packing Requirements: When returning items, you are responsible for packing the item securely with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
b. Shipping Liability: If the item is damaged during shipping from the customer to us, the customer will be responsible for such damage.
c. Shipping Costs for Warranty Repairs: For warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to our location in Norway. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired item to the customer.
